On August 1, Wang Zhijian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, visited Sinotruk Group’s Jinan Light-duty Truck Manufacturing Company for research and delivered a thematic Party lecture to Party members and cadres.

Wang Zhijian inspected the general assembly workshop, reviewing the vehicle assembly line process and lean production practices, and put forward specific requirements for technological improvements to enhance the workshop environment. At the vehicle delivery plaza, he inquired in detail about the progress of new energy products and carefully inspected the assembly quality of chassis wiring and piping. He emphasized the need to strengthen detail-oriented management, continuously advance equipment upgrades and process improvements, and solidify the foundation of product quality. He also called for fostering a cultural ecosystem of “We are one” while improving front-line working conditions, reinforcing the concept of safe production, and ensuring strong grassroots support and services.

Subsequently, Wang Zhijian delivered a thematic Party lecture, covering the historical origin and core significance of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight-point Regulation, as well as its remarkable achievements in implementation. Using vivid examples, he elaborated on the critical importance, urgency, and political consciousness of improving Party conduct, guiding Party members to fully grasp both the essence and the practical requirements of the Eight-point Regulation, and to ensure its consistent and thorough implementation.
